Not really. The closest thing would be the lovely 4 volume editoion of
the Codex Mendoza by Frances Derdan, et al. There is a section that
deciphers most of the place glyphs included in the work. On the other
hand the Nahua did not have the extensive writing system of the Maya.
There are textbooks to learn Nahuatl, which is, of course, a different issue.
