[Aztlan] moving big stones

I was told by Carlos Ponce Sanginez that on Lake titicaca where there
happened to be fairly large differences in the lake level depending on the
season it would be "relatively" easy to bring the blocks of stone to the
lake shore when the lake was low and build a barge on top and around the
the block and then wait for the lake to rise before moving the stone to the
other side of the lake where it would sit until the lake level dropped and
then it would be moved the rest of the way to Tiawanako, a "fairly short"
distance. Something of this sort could be worked out on a river bank or
where there were tides. In short build a barge on top and dig out around it
or wait for the water to rise.
