[Aztlan] Stone of Chiapa

I cannot directly help with this question, but I had a
guess that it might be included in the "Stelabase" (a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of most Maya monuments).
However, I couldn't find any long counts beginning
with 13 in this database. Even so, it is a very handy
resource that folks should be familiar with.
