Maro:

Mr. Gibson got his break with the JC film. It was
horrible and gross. I am assuming that this film is
the same from what I have read. 

Everyone DOES NOT know about the Maya achievments. If
they did, there would not be a NATIVE population,
there would be "people that are intelligent, worldly
and capable instead of indigenous."

But just as in any conquered country, there is garbage
but to make it worse by such a film is YUCK!!
