            Folks:

  The Blom Plate has these
      Iconographic Elements:

Birds, the central bird has a rainbow tail and is carrying on its head, a 7-stone god head who is speaking to the world, drastic things apparently.
This bird has a bird on the right wing and what appears to be a fish on the other indicating URI is a water - sky - bird????.

Blowguns, aimed at the upper head over the rainbow-tailed bird; Not Vucub Caquix. Why?

  Och Chan, Vision Serpent

Bearded Dragons, One for each of the twins. The right dragon has three heads and the left dragon has two heads.

  Inscription, or decoration???

any text other than PSS, (For further identification when searching for text.)

Principal Bird Deity, Is Rainbow-tailed, (called URI) or is it the extra head with stone neck???

Vucub Caquix, "Seems to be the head being shot down by Hunaphu and Xibalanque. It also has "stone glyphs from head similar to neck stones of Itzam Ye.

Itzam Ye, Celestial bird (rainbow-tailed here) who is speaking to the world, drastic things apparently. Is over the head of fish-wing; bird-wing bird. Is thought to be the same as Vucub Caquix. (In the Maya Glypher's Companion by Linda Quist.)

Twins - Hunahpú & Xbalanqué one has a T-glyph under his tush; the other, under his foot.

It also has 3-5 flying (or fire) stones, 3 on the left and 5 on the right. These fell from the back of the rainbow-tailed bird. (See Ek Balam Capstone for bowl with fireball on back of bird, different drawing, but same type symbolism.)
