Where can I get a copy of
Velásquez García, Erik, (2006) The Maya Flood Myth and
the Decapitations of the Cosmis Caiman, Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas, UNAM

It seems that I included his conclusion that the calendar changed in my version below. His abstract stated
"Such event produced a flooding of blood which eventually gave way to the formation of a new cosmological order."6

Last week after reading Vincent H. Malstrüm'book on Cycles of the Sun etc. I came to a similar concllusion based upon the translation of glyph F-4 Temple XIX, of Palenque.Tonight I came to the conclusion that it was basically the same translation García made during the Maya Meeting at UTA, 2006 and included it as below:.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a copy, at Kinko's?, onLine? or wherever.

*************When EAST was NOT the EAST
. . . . .But before this particular date, a strange event (also mentioned in more
than one world manuscript) occurred in the skies: a great meteor of fire
that entered our atmosphere and created havoc on earth. It would not be
visible in the skies today. It would not have been visible in the skies
during the Middle Ages, when astronomy became a professional discipline
instead of the fortune-telling nostrums of astrology. The date of
August 13 would then have been "the beginning of the [NEW] time," a very
important necessary re-evaluation of the heavens and what was left of them
after the meteor passed by, or dropped into the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans.6*********
