[Aztlan] Blom Plate--the other half

The whole Blom Plate is illustrated at:
Mexicon, Vol 8, Nr 4, p. 67

Never thinking that I'd need to remember how to send attachments in to FAMSI,
I haven't a clue as to how.  By now I've lost the address of whoever sent the
request for the Blom Plate.  If someone sends me very simple-minded directions
as to where to send the attachment to, I'll  do it--if there aren't too many
requests!
