[Aztlan] Hvidtfeldt article

It is indeed a book, 181 pages long. It's not rare. There are upwards of
60 copies cataloged in US libraries, a couple in Canada, and 16 in the EU.
If you go to your local library with the cite that John Schwaller has
provided, you should be able to get a copy on ILL without too much
trouble. MH
