We are indebted to Sam Edgerton for his pictures and his aside
regarding seeking permission to photograph.

In this day, it is alsmost a certainty that strangers working in a foreign
country will, indeed, observe this essential courtesy--but until the 
practice
becomes universal, Sam's note is welcome.
