[Aztlan] Wayeb Website, updates and additions

Dear Listeros,

Wayeb has updated its website contents. In our section "WAYEB Resources" [http://www.wayeb.com/indexresources.htm] a PDF file containig a German thesis (M.A.) by Christian Prager (University of Bonn, 2002) has been posted recently. The file contains a complete corpus of Maya hieroglyphic inscriptions from the Late Classic site of Pusilha, Belize including a detailed epigraphic study published here for the first time. In our section "Resources on Maya Research" a new file has been added [http://www.wayeb.com/indexresources.htm?/resourceswayeb.htm]. This section contains rarely available manuscripts, papers and publications with special interest for Maya research. The new contribution is an article elsewhere published by Karl Herbert Mayer on mural paintings in the Maya area (published in a local journal in Graz, Austria). The article includes a complete list of archaeological sites in which mural paintings have been discovered so far (by 1999). With the publication of his article we are pleased to announce that Karl Herbert Mayer has agreed to make more articles available to be posted on the WAYEB website in the near future. Stay tuned!
