Hi Rebecca,

Regarding cinnabar, Julie Gazzola, archaeologist from the Mexican
Dirección de Estudios Arqueológicos-INAH published an article on the use
and meaning of cinnabar at Teotihuacan. I believe her dissertation is on
the same topic. I don't have the reference for her dissertation at hand,
but it must be listed in the bibliography of this article:

Gazzola, Julie

The 'Segunda Mesa Redonda de Teotihuacán' book is available at the
University of Arizona library through inter library loan--it may also be
in the collections of other universities in the US. The Latin American
Archeology Publications of the University of Pittsburgh
<http://www.pitt.edu/~laap/> may have it for sale.

Best,
Oralia Cabrera
