Are you sure you ordered "The Return of Quetzalcoatl: Did it Play a Role 
in the Conquest of Mexico?" by H. B. Nicholson
I searched for it yesterday on abebooks.com and came up only with "The 
Return of Quetzalcoatl" by David Pinchbeck, which is a novel.
