Dear Mr. Haas,
There are a few Maya vases in the corpus where not only the writing but the
entire scene is reversed; see for example K1333. There are other examples
scattered through the database.

Subject: [Aztlan] Reversed Glyphs

I have been doing some research involved with the reversed imagery produced
in Mesoamerican iconography - like that seen on Lentil 25 at Yaxchilan and
would like to know if any of you are aware of additional examples of
reversed glyphs in Olmec, Aztec or Mayan art? Any information would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks

George Haas
