A PhD candidate on another list asked if anyone knew of a program that would
'process' Long Counts in a batch mode. Not knowing of one I volunteered to
write one for her to use on the PC. It is completed.

In brief the program will:

· Read a text file with two comma delimited fields per line Field 1,
field 2

Where field 2 is in the form ##.##.##.##.## and Field 1is an optional user
field such as index, Site, Monument etc. If the optional field is not used
then the LC must be preceded by a comma.

· Ask user for correlation to use

· Out put the data to a grid and a comma delimited text file with
the option to export to Excel if present on the PC (and not running)

The output of each record is as follows:

· Field 1

· Field 2

· LC Decimal Equivalent

· Gregorian Date

· Julian Date

· Tzolkin

· Jaab

· Lord of Night

· Correlation

I thought that perhaps some on this list may find it useful. I will leave it
up for a while. You may download and read more about it at:
