Hi: I am wondering if someone can assist me.  I am interested in how to 
calculate birth times from the actual place of birth to Mexico City time 
taking Daylight Savings Time into consideration.  Is there any such tables 
that show this?  e.g.  Someone born April 9, 1973 in London, England - how 
could this be easily changed into Mexico City time.
