[Aztlan] Portrayal of Mesoamericans through film...

Hello all,

I'm a film student currently taking a course on Mesoamerican cultures  
and have chosen a topic for my term paper which involves the  
comparison of different films (both narrative and/or documentary)  
that portray Mesoamerican peoples (specifically I want to focus on  
the Maya, Aztec and/or Olmec).

My goal is to analyze these films and decide whether or not they  
accurately portray Mesoamerican peoples and to what extent they do or  
don't do this.  Currently I'm planning on looking at Apocalypto,  
Kings of the Sun, and Cabeza de Vaca.

I'm writing to you all because I'm curious if anyone can recommend  
other films that I can look at or knows of any articles or books  
written on the portrayal of Mesoamericans through the film medium.   
Any information is much appreciated.
