[Aztlan] Moving big stones

I have seen many dolmens in the West-European landscape.
And in most cases they could be found in valleys and on top of the hills.
Most of this megalithical monuments were carved out of the top of the hill.
Once they were unrestricted and movable, they were rolled down the hill.
The bigger the stone and the higher the hill, the far the stones were found in the valley.
The biggest one's who were not movable at all, remained on top of the hills.
Perhaps this is a very simple cast of mind,
and I don't know exactly the Olmec panorama,
but are answers, here too, not to be expected from simple questions?
