[Aztlan] Pre-Clovis in Minnesota

There is indeed the long accepted theory that people first arrived in the Western Hemisphere, 
11,200 years ago via a land bridge from Asia, over what is now the Bering Strait.
And that those people gradualy spread southward over the countrey.
But is it possible that this migration maybe could occured in the opposite direction, 
from the South to the North?
May I refer to several failed attempts of two Belgian expeditions (Dixey and Dansercourt).
Well equiped and with satelite navigation.
