As I recall, there is a project in the works updating and adding to 
the list published in the Handbook of Middle American Indians.  If I 
am not mistaken it was being edited by Guilhem Olivier Durand and 
Maria Castaneda, but I could be mistaken.  It is part of a larger 
project to revise and modernize the Handbook.
