Judging by the way the plaque is displayed sitting on a tree stump, it's 
probably an improvised exhibit that was created as a prop for explaining 
the Maya numerical system during the guided tours. Anita is going to go 
back on the next nice day and talk with the guides. We are in the middle 
of a huge storm right now that covers almost the entire state of 
Quintana Roo, very appropriate on the anniversary of Hurricane Wilma, 2005.
