Hello all, 
I recently received an inquiry regarding Chia seeds. Previously I only knew of Chia Pets (clay figurines that sprout "hair"), not realizing that the seeds are actually a New World cultigen. 

Supposidly these seeds are good for everything under the sun, can cure whatever ails you and have fabulous nutritional value. 

The inquiry relates to how Chia compares to other "super grains" like Amaranth and Quinoa. Can anyone supply me any legitimate information or leads for sources?
