[Aztlan] AZTLAN SURVEY - PLEASE READ

The moderators of Aztlan, with the support of FAMSI,
have generated a survey to evaluate the needs and
general satisfaction of Aztlan members.

It is VERY important that ALL members of Aztlan
participate in this survey (whether you are a
long-time member or a new member -- a regular
participant or a "lurker" -- a satisfied member or one
with concerns).  The list would greatly benefit from
everyone's feedback.

The survey takes less than 3 minutes, and is composed
of only 11 questions.  We kindly ask that you click on

Your answers will not be associated with your name or

The results of the entire survey will not only be sent
to the moderators of Aztlan, but also the
administrators of FAMSI (the supporting agency that
