 >The 48th Annual Meeting of the Institute of Andean Studies will be  
held January 11 - 12, 2008 in Berkeley, California.

 >Only 21 papers will be accepted. Topics are confined to Andean  
archaeology or closely related subjects. To submit a paper, please  
send title, a 100 word (maximum) abstract, an estimate of time  
required for presentation (maximum 30 minutes,
 >including discussion), and type(s) of projection equipment needed.
