[Aztlan] Tzeltal maya math principle

I've received a number of requests to make sure the
list as a whole knows that this video cannot represent
an ancient Maya method of multiplication, since it is
clearly a base-10 (decimal) system rather than the
ancient base-20 system.  However, it *might* be a
low-tech technique that is being used in some rural
villages in the Maya area to teach multiplication
without calculators or slide-rules.
