In reference to Geoff McCafferty's mentioning the republication of Squier's
book(s) on Nicaragua, I'd like to point out that Squier's "Nicaragua : its
people, scenery, monuments, resources, condition, and proposed canal ...
(1860)" is easily available from the Internet Archive:
