[Aztlan] Powered Kakaw?

Folks:

In Tapavchula, we had a patio filled with cacao trees.  We roasted and ground our own cacao. It was good hard work. Taste was more like bitter coffee. . .  roasted beans, some burned, others not. By the same token, bitter expresso tastes like chocolate.
