Funny but you guys seem to think everything is human sacrifice.
The K8351 seems to be not dressed up priests performing a blood sacrifice of a human, but instead, the various gods of the universe (heavens, here), especially since the first one has star forms up and down his arm and may be holding a turtle in a shell. . ., the Jaguar in the middle has a star form on his tail while the one wearing the Deer horns is holding a jaguar/deer (or a nighttime constellation.)
It seems that the gods are sending down havoc on men in general (all humanity here demonstrated by the single man on a stone being slice with a knife, and the bird in the arm is Cygnus, another constellation on the new split form of the Milky Way. The Jagiar-Deer is probably Orion; the Turtle would be Lyra and the star-tailed jaguar is just the night sky in general. The star forms are very clear.

You may wish to look at the vase K8351 where a rather large macaw/parrot is
part of a sacrifice. Granted there is some artistic license in this scene.
