[Aztlan] Plaster or cement?

I may be wrong, but I have always understood that plaster is made by
burning gypsum (calcium sulphate), not limestone (calcium carbonate). 
Roasting limestone yeilds different forms of cement.  There is a
significant difference between plaster and cement.  Gypsum often
accompanies limestone, but can occur in other environments.  James Warr
