First nothing proves that it was Ahuizotl tumb. Even for Lopen Lujan, it's
still a hypothesis.
Second, I think he's wrong because the colonial texts like Duran say that
most the Tlatoque were burned and their ashes buried in the temple of
Huitzilopochtli. So it means they weren't buried below an altar at the
bottom of the pyramid.
You could find informations and details on Erik Boot's blog or if you read
french on my blog... You also can find newspapers' article but Lopez Lujan
says that the'yre not reliable...
