[Aztlan] Discovery at El Pueblito, Queretaro

Erik Boot has posted a story on the excavations at El Pueblito,  
Queretaro dating to the Toltec era. Below is his synopsis and the full

Today, Tuesday November 4, 2008, the online edition of the Mexican  
newspaper El Universal posted a short report on recent salvation work  
at El Pueblito, Querétaro. During construction work archaeological  
remains were found dating from the Toltec occupation phase of the  
Valley of Querétaro. Among the discoveries are a sculpture of  
Quetzalcóatl of about a meter high, several ceramic vases, obsidian  
pieces, and shell beads (edited by AMaNU):
