[Aztlan] Nasca Skulls for sale

All,

Quick question... While perusing (and getting more and more depressed)
the PreColumbian artifacts for sale at Sadigh Antiquities, I noticed
that they had some Nasca skulls for sale. First, !!!! (that's my shock
that anyone would sell a human skull as if were bananas) Second, is
there anything that can be done about this? I know that medical samples
are allowed, but those are 'supposed' to have a paper trail that can be
traced to a medical facility. Even though there are faults within that
system, it is clearly not even applicable here. Is there anything that
can be done? Is there any information that I can request from them to
guarantee their 'authenticity'?

Here's the link if you want to see this for yourself:
