[Aztlan] Teotihuacan goddess question

Hello all,

I was wondering if I could get some feedback about the whole Teotihuacan Great Goddess controversy.  I recently read an article by Zoltan Paulinyi from 2006 that contested a series of attributions made to the Great Goddess, and ultimately argued that the term had become so generalized as to be of no use at all.  I was wondering if anything has been published on this issue since, and if there is a general scholarly consensus on the matter.
