There has been no peer-reviewed paper on the Great Goddess of Teotihuacan since 2006, but it should not be assumed that Paulinyi is the last word on the matter. Wikipedia has a good overview, with three photos (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Goddess_of_Teotihuacan).

There is no consensus about this sculpture. I recommend you to find Aurélie
Couvreur's Ph D. in 2004 before Paulinyi's paper. She explains very
well all
this controversy...
