1742, published 2008.  The author's first name begins with the  letter S-hacheck

The 2008 book by Kai Delvendahl on Calakmul is not listed in  Amazon or other 
web book dealers.  Ecological Linguistics (PO Box 15156,  Washington DC 
20003) has 22 copies in the process of being shipped, should  arrive before
