[Aztlan] Travel Advice: Oaxaca

Fellow Listeros,

I have a good friend who is considering traveling to
Oaxaca City.  Given the turmoil that dominated that
city not long ago, is there any advice about whether
the city has returned to normal?  I haven't been back
there since, but perhaps some of you have.  Is it as
wonderful as I remember?
