[Aztlan] Travel Advice: Oaxaca

Many thanks to everyone who responded to my query.  To
summarize the responses, it sounds like Oaxaca City
has returned to its wonderfully charming roots and
tourists are beginning to return.  The city is one of
my favorite destinations, so this is very good news.
