Very interesting find! Thanks for sending it along. 
Is there any more information on this site?  Who is doing the work? And how or why do they think it is Inca (as opposed to some other period)?  
With only one little photo to go by, I must say I am more reminded of Chavin circular courtyard, than Inca masonry. 

Would love to hear/see more!
