Speaking of Wikipedia...
http://wikipedia.org
The WikiProject Mesomerica "has been set up to improve the content, coverage and organization of articles related to Mesoamerica and its historical cultures and civilizations."

Wikipedia entries are often among the first links that appear in Google searches. For many students, they will represent their initial introduction to scholarship on Mesoamerica. Wikipedia is free and available worldwide, making it possible to disseminate information that might otherwise be accessible only in rare, expensive, or hard-to-find publications. It is also abundantly multilingual, offering the possibility of entries in Nahuatl, Yukatek, Kiché, Quechua, and other indigenous languages. (Ttranslations of articles in Western languages to indigenous ones and encouragement of entries from native speakers would be especially meritorious.)
As Dave Hixon correctly noted, anyone can edit, contribute to, or create entries in Wikipedia. The basic formatting codes are easy to learn. Wikipedia is hardly a perfect or particularly authoritative resource, but it is especially well suited for Pre-Columbian studies.
Please lend your expertise to this venture!
