Erik Boot has posted two news items from the Instituto Nacional de  
Antropología e Historia on major excavations taking place at the  
Olmec site of El Manati. A very large offering was found at the foot  
of the mountain there which are multiple offerings to the Lord of the  
Mountain over 20 generations of Olmecs. Large wooden statuettes have  
been uncovered there and today's report is about those items  
uncovered at the site.
