[Aztlan] Trip to Mexico

I do not know the dates of the trip, but you may want to reconsider  Agua 
Azul if you going to be there in the rainy season. At times it can  be more 
accurately described as Agua Cafe, and though the flooded  torrents can be 
impressive, they may not be good for swimming.
 
If you have your own transportation, you might want to consider day trips  
east of Palenque to Balankan and Pomona, or a little further to El Tigre on the  
Rio Candelaria. If you are arriving or departing through Villahermosa, La 
Venta  Park Museum (Parque La Venta) and the Carlos Pellicar Museum in the CICOM  
cultural complex, directly on the banks of the Grijalva River are great. A  
little further west is the site and museum at Comalcalco. 
 
It will be difficult for you not to have a great time whatever you  do.
