Listeros,

As you know from my post the other day on the search for Ahuizotl's
tomb, chief archaeologist Leonardo Lopez Lujan had uncovered 3 boxes
of offerings as they continue their dig into the chambers below the
Tlaltecuhtli monolith but had not yet opened them. The offerings have
been opened in a box 195 centimeters long and a meter deep with
objects found in honor of the gods of earth, water and maize which
inlclude wood objects, ceramics, knives, corals, sea shells and sea
urchins. This is the largest offering uncovered in the last 30 years
at the Templo Mayor.

This offering is from the era of Ahuizotl and digging slowly
continues as they search for the tomb of Ahuizotl and perhaps other
Aztec emperors.
