For future reference, copy the long URL you want to make smaller, go
to tinyurl.com and paste it into the space provided. Press the button
marked "Make TinyURL!" and you will see the tiny url and it will also
automatically be in your clipboard on your computer (as if you copied
it). Then you can simply paste the tiny url into the document or
email.
I rarely do this, and just did it tonight for another URL. It is very easy.
