To follow up on my own email, I just thought I'd provide some reading material for those interested in the two projects I mentioned: The Kiuic archaeological project (along with the ecological preserve, Kaxil Kiuic); and the CostaYuc / Costa Maya project directed by Andrews and Robles.  Both projects have put a great deal of info out on the web for those who are interested, including FAMSI reports, Mexicon articles, SAA presentations, and press releases.
