Following up on John's message.  The 12 volumes are still in print and
available from the University of Utah Press.  They are advertised in the

The Nahuatl - English translation is still in copyright by U of Utah
Press and so sharing any digital copy would be in violation of that
copyright.  Some members have portions of it digitized for their
personal use, however.
