[Aztlan] Glaring Discovery and MSNBC Error on Peru Pyramid Size

I just fired off an e-mail to MSNBC's science editor over the following article on the newly discovered pyramid in Peru:

In the article (written by someone from Discovery Channel), they repeatedly claim that the base area of the pyramid is roughtly 9,000 square MILES. The actual measurement should be about 90,000 square FEET. I base that on the text which lists the dimensions as 300 by 328 feet.
90 000 square feet = 0.00322830579 square miles according to the Google conversion program. That is a huge difference.
A 9,000 square mile pyramid sure woud be impressive though!
Sometimes I find Discovery really lacking. Hopefully they will correct it soon.
