As an additional resource for those interested in audio files of native Maya ceremonies, listeros should check out (and perhaps save on their hard drive) the audio from the Tulane / National Geographic expedition to Balankanche caves.  It was originally released as a 33 rpm record (remember those?) through the Middle American Research Institute.  But National Geographic included it on their website a few years ago:

Just scroll down on the webpage to see the "Audio" section on the right-hand side of the screen.  The file is available in RealAudio and Windows Media Player formats.

It includes the ceremonies conducted by Yucatec Hmen before opening the sealed door that revealed the wonders of Balankanche Cave.
