[Aztlan] Agencies and Guides for North Coast of Peru

Can anyone recommend a travel agency in Peru on in the States that does a
good job of arranging tours with an archaeological focus to the North Coast
of Peru?  I am also interested in the names of guides who might be hired to
accompany a couple or small group travelling in the North.
