[Aztlan] cases of dismemberment/defleshing in Mesoamerica?

Hello all,
I'm writing a literature review on evidence for dismemberment and defleshing
in the archaeological record, as either a secondary mortuary ritual or a
form of trophy-taking/mutilation. Does anyone know of evidence for these
practices in Mesoamerica? If you could point me in the direction of relevant
publications, I would greatly appreciate it.
