[Aztlan] AD or CE?

A.D.  =  anno domini "in the year of our lord"  a Christian concept

C.E. = common era.  An acknowledgment that although the Julian/Gregorian
 Calendar dominates in our era, there are other equally ancient and 
valid time frames to consider.
Jewish Calendar
Chinese Calendar
Muslim Calendar
Mayan Long Count

etc. etc. etc......
