Courtesy of Justin Kerr, an Excel listing of the Kerr numbers of
312 Codex-style vases is now available online.
(Almost up to date: a search for such vases in the Kerr
database yields 319.)
"Codex-style" vases were probably produced in Calakmul and related sites,
since there is now some evidence for their extensive presence
at Calakmul itself (some accumulation of sherds).
Not only in the Mirador basin.
The Excel spreadsheet includes additional info,
but presence of particular iconographic elements
is not yet labeled so those columns are not yet usable.
You may have to use left arrows to reach the first column
which includes the Kerr numbers. Some calendar round entries
and other columns are also currently usable.
It can be accessed via
www.TraditionalHighCultures.com/VasesByTopic.html
or directly as
www.TraditionalHighCultures.com/Codex_style_vases.xls
At a later time, it will be arranged to show which subject
matters dominate on Codex-style pottery.
(See also the group of "Dynasty Pots" accessed from the first URL above.)
Best wishes,
Lloyd
